Product Details
This machine can grind surface with a grinding wheel peripheral and side surface. The workpiece can be fixed in the table or absorbed on the disk, and the material may be steel, cast iron or non-ferrous metals. Table longitudinal movement and grinding head lateral movement is driven by hydraulic infinitely variable system. Grinding head lateral movement can also be manually. Besides the manual control wheel head movement, we also provide rapid lifting mechanism to improve efficiency. Grinding vertical and horizontal guide rails are pasted PTFE soft belt so it has good wear resistance,low energy consumption and high sensitivity characteristics.It is welcome by the costumers because it is reliable,low noise,smooth operation and suitable for grinding metal workpiece plane.

M7230 vertical surface grinder is a high efficiency grinder.It can grind a variety of metal and non-metallic materials.The table is controlled by a hydraulic system and its speed is stepless adjustment.The way carriage and column binding is using preloaded rolling guide.
This machine is suitable for machining engine block,cylinder head,modular fixture parts,hydraulic body and mechanical blade,bearing ring face.
