材质：整套铸件采用C250高级米汉纳铸铁，经回火处理，确保变形量降至低值。
导轨：床身、工作台、立柱导轨均采用超音频率淬火及精密磨削，确保精密，延长了使用寿命。
传动系统：机床纵横向切削进给采用了机械与电机的串联变频调速。立柱顶端的驱动装置采用了精密蜗轮付，确保铣头升降过程中的平行精度。
铣头：铣头是独立部件，其主轴采用SCM21合金钢精密加工，经调质渗碳处理，配合精密轴承，可耐长期高速运转。
